A business analyst from Toronto, Canada...

Lan Djang

Hey, I'm Lan, you're watching me on jeopardy.com.

How did you prepare for being a contestant?
How did I prepare? Um, not well enough, I think. Uh, but um, I guess the only thing I really did was just to tape, um, episodes and use a clicky pen to try to get my buzzer speed working.

Do you ever play Jeopardy! online?
Uh, I did a while back with a high school friend of mine, um. I think, uh, I think I tried to get around the rules about no Canadians or something, so we were saying that we were from Rochester. Something like that, um. But, uh, no--it was a hard--we, uh, I think we were always on the bubble in terms of getting prizes, so, uh... But yeah, we did, we did, a-way back.

How long have you been watching Jeopardy!?
Uh, well I remember watching it ever since they brought it back, uh, when I was about six years old. Uh, I've gotta admit that I've been watching it kinda sporadically, and oddly enough, after I came down the first time, I could not watch it any more at all. I--I would switch the channel whenever Jeopardy! came on, because I was just Jeopardy!'d out, so...

GOOD LUCK, Lan!
