How did your students react when you won the Teacher's Tournament last season?
They were pretty thrilled. Um, we, uh--they--yeah, they were thrilled. Uh, when I got back to town, they, uh--we watched the finals during prom at a friend's restaurant, so... It was, uh, it was a big deal in a small town.

Did you learn anything from your previous appearance that will help you this time?
Uh, just to enjoy being in the game. Uh, don't panic if things don't go your way for a minute. Relax. Have fun. Try not to say anything stupid.

What do you think of the competition?
Oh, the competition in this tournament is going to be tough. Whoever comes out on top is definitely going to earn it.

What does playing in the Tournament of Champions mean to you?
Oh, it's huge, uh--it's--it's--just a-a huge opportunity to come have a good time. Y'know, it's--it's a--at this point, it's a--y'know, it's a bonus, it's sort of found money, at this point. Um, I'd come out and play for free, although, don't tell anybody I said that.
