Why do you think you will win today?
Well, I've--this is the second time I've done Celebrity Jeopardy!, and Luke Perry, who I guess has, uh, been a champion, called me up and gave me his secret technique, so I'm going to try it out today.
...
What does winning the game mean to you?
I'm just really happy for the Scleroderma Research Foundation. They're gonna get $50,000! It's fantastic. That'll really mean a lot to us. A lot.
Could you tell us about your charity?
Yes, it's, um, a foundation that I've been on the board of for ten years, and it's, uh--scleroderma is an autoimmune disease as prevalent as MS or muscular dystrophy, it's just that people don't know about it. It can be very debilitating. And, we're--all the money, all $50,000 will go into research, that's it--nothing but research.
What was the factor that allowed you to win today?
I was just really lucky that nobody got the Final clue--the Final Jeopardy! answer! That's was really... And I can't believe I didn't know those were diamonds, because diamonds are a girl's best friend! I'm a girl! I should know about diamonds!
What was your favorite category?
Ah, I was really happy for--I can do good with books. The ILIAD category really saved me. That was a good one for me. |
