How does it feel to be a semifinalist?
It's a big relief, actually. Uh, I was kind of afraid that I would totally bomb my first round, but now, knowing that I'm going to be able to go on, takes some of the pressure off. You know, it's kind of a confirmation that I-I can do this.
Any shout outs to your friends and family back home?
Those of you at Cal Poly know that you're at the awesomest school ever, so... just keep on being Mustangs.

I'd like to thank my family for, uh, allowing me to be the trivia hound that I am, um, and for helping make this possible, and I'd also like to thank, um, my teachers for allowing me to miss most of the first week of winter quarter to do this. So, yeah, thank you guys.

Going through old Jeopardy! shows, uh, watching the categories, just, uh, reading, and generally being myself, uh, trying to get as much information as possible in my head. |
