What was your reaction when you were invited to the Tournament of Champions? My reaction when I was invited was less surprise, but a great deal of pleasure. Did you learn anything from your previous appearance that will help you this time? Well, I kinda learned what it's like to actually be out here under the lights, so I've been through that, and anything that happens today is just icing on a cake, so... Have you spent any of your previous winnings? I didn't get my winnings so long ago, but, uh, I-I have some plans, maybe travel, and, uh... we'll see. What do you think of the competition? I-I'm scared of a lot of them. I've seen them all on TV. I watch the show religiously, but, y'know, I feel like any of us on our day has a shot. ... How do you feel about advancing to the next round? I feel great. It's more than I could have expected. Justin was really fast, and he'll be there, too. So, I can only imagine how fast everybody else is going to be. Was there a turning point for you? [Scoffs] When I--when my answer was revealed, and Alex says it was--said it was right. I wasn't sure, and, uh, I was behind most of the game, so... [shrugs] Final Jeopardy! What advice do you have for future Tournament of Champions contestants? I tell contestants, if you're in--in the Tournament of Champions, to just have fun. I mean, really there's--everybody's good, and on their day, anybody can win, so... What do you think of the competition? I'm afraid of them all. [Laughs] So... I would like to just go through by myself, but I don't think that's going to happen.
