How did you react when you found out you were selected for Kids Week?
When I found out that I was gonna be on Jeopardy!, I had literally just walked in the front door coming home from school, and we had been planning a vacation for this weekend, and my mom said, "I've got good news and bad news. The bad news is, you won't be able to go on vacation. Good news is--is because we're gonna be in L.A., you're gonna be on Jeopardy!" So, I screamed at pretty much a pitch that only dogs can hear... and I was just super excited, and I immediately called my grandmother. And it was, I think, the best day of my life. So far.
Will you get extra credit in class for being on Jeopardy!?
I'm hoping that I'll get extra credit for being here because all my teachers have been really ecstatic about it. But, there's no guarantee, especially because I don't know how much I'm gonna win. But I'm hoping that I'll get some sort of bonus for being on the show.
If you could pick any Jeopardy! category, what would it be?
If I could pick any Jeopardy! category, I'd probably do something with USELESS TRIVIA, because I'm absolutely in love with it.
Are you the Jeopardy! champion of your household?
The Jeopardy! champion in my house would actually be my 18-year-old sister. I turn out to be the worst at Jeopardy! Which is really ironic considering where I am. |
