A sophomore at Middlebury College from Middlebury, Vermont...

Keith Williams

Date of First Appearance:
Wednesday, November 12, 2003

Total winnings:
$50,000 + 2004 Volvo S60R

Do you have a nickname associated with your performance?
Around campus I am known as "Jeopardy!” or shorter, “Jeop.” Some friends have taken to calling me “Jennings” as well.

Records held/Stats:
2003 College Champion (Season 20), also I think I'm the only person to play in a ToC who wasn't alive when the current show started. :)

Did being on Jeopardy! have any affect on your life?
Other than the monetary and car aspect (50 grand is a lot for a college student) I have been recognized a lot more than I would have otherwise.

Did you do anything crazy with your winnings?
Up until the 2004 ToC I had only really bought a pair of nice headphones. Since then, I've gone on a few trips--including one to L.A., where I met Ken Jennings--but mostly have just kept the money in the bank.

Is there anything else you would like viewers to know about you?
I am majoring in economics so that I can sell my soul to the devil after I graduate. Or maybe run my own business. Who knows?

"As a freshman from Middlebury College, he won the 2003 College Championship. He's now a sophomore. From Middlebury, Vermont..."
