Favorite anecdote associated with being on the show:
On one show I mentioned that I am of Bohemian ancestry. After it aired, I was contacted by a couple of people who are also of Bohemian origin and regularly watch the show. I could start a Bohemian Jeopardy! Lovers fan club.

Did being on Jeopardy! have any effect on your life?
I now believe in the cliché that dreams really do come true. I am no longer annoyed by the titles of motivational self-help books (e.g., The Power of Positive Thinking, Living Your Dreams).

Did you do anything crazy with your winnings?
I went on an around-the-world trip lasting nearly a year, visiting 38 countries on 4 continents. I guess it could be called the “James Bond World Tour” because I kept ending up in places featured in James Bond movies. Examples: Meteora, Greece (For Your Eyes Only); Udaipur, India (Octopussy); Gayer-Anderson House Museum in Cairo, Egypt (The Spy Who Loved Me).
