What's your major?
I currently don't have a major, um, but I am thinking about majoring in English and then possibly going on to law school. But it's just a tentative plan. I don't have anything set in stone right yet.
How did you prepare for today's game?
I haven't gotten a chance to do anything special to prepare for today's game, um, simply because of the fact that I work and I go to school and it takes a lot of my time, and so I'm never home when Jeopardy! on, but I did watch it a couple times, but other than that, that's about all I've been able to get done.
How did you find out you were chosen as a contestant?
Uh, I found out I was being selected as a contestant, actually it was about 9:30 in the morning, I was getting ready for work, and there was a knock at the door, and I knew it wasn't for me, because I don't have any friends that are up that early anyways, and my sister, my littlest sister came upstairs and she was brandishing a FedEx letter, and immediately my heart started going faster, because, uh, the Jeopardy! people had told me that they'd be notifying us via FedEx, and then when I looked at the return address, I knew that I had been selected, and I ran around the house screaming. I woke the rest of my sisters up. They promptly yelled at me and told me to be quiet so they could go back to sleep. But it was just a really exciting morning.
