What happened when you found out you were going to be a contestant?
Uh, well actually, in the weeks leading up to when I was going to find out, every day, at 4:15, when I knew the mail was coming to my house, I would check my cell phone to hope that my mom was calling me, and it didn't happen, it didn't happen, and then finall one Fridayday she called me and then immediately started reading the letter, and I was just stunned in disbelief.
If you could create your own Jeopardy! category, what would it be?
If I could create a Jeopardy! category, it would definitely be THE GRATEFUL DEAD, 'cause they're my all-time favorite band--I know so much about them.
Where do you see yourself in ten years?
In ten years, I think--I'd love to see myself working for a city council or in a mayor's office helping to make some city across the country a really great place with no homelessness and great education. |
