According to commentary she wrote for "Wordplay, The Crossword Column" for The New York Times, Andrea also appeared on The Weakest Link, Who Wants to Be a Millionaire, Scrabble, and Win Ben Stein’s Money, and won a $50,000 motor home and $8,200 in cash on Wheel of Fortune in 1991. She also indicated that she wrote for the Dick Clark game show The Challengers and a game show called Wordplay in which she and other standup comics wrote the Q&A and "spontaneous" remarks spoken by the celebrities appearing on the program.

Andrea was also on the unsold September 1989 pilot TKO with Peter Tomarken that the BUZZR channel aired on 2015-09-08. Nathan Walpow also appeared on that pilot, and Andrea became friends with Nathan through that pilot and introduced him to his wife.
